Platescan® Device

This is a device designed for FooQai centered around an esp32-s3 and OV5640 camera. The low-cost, low-power device takes pictures of plated dishes of food while collecting other metrics. The device is make primarily out of PETG food grade plastic using off the shelf metric hardware, and the arm is a bent piece of 1/2in EMT. This idea went from concept to product in a restaurant within 3 months.
